One-legged Stance Video

A well known posture for meditation is standing like a tree on one leg. It is taken from "Iron Shirt".

Stand erect with both hands over your head as is shown in the Video. Then slowly shift your weight onto one leg completely, raise the other and put the sole beside the knee. Try to relax and breath calmly.

Your total awareness is centered in your lower abdomen to develope an inner calm and a good sense of equilibrium.
