The Inner Smile | |
Everyone likes a happily smiling face. In Tao Yoga you develop positive attitudes. The inner smile is one important exercise for this.
Gently rub your face and relax the eyebrows and the skin. Imagine an inner smile and let it show in your face. This activates the thymus gland which in turn strengthens your the immune system.
Then for a change, start poring over something bad and frown. Probably your breath, which was flowing gently before, will be uneven or stop.
Then return to the happy feeling of smiling and smile into your eyes, then into your cheeks, your forehead and even into your lips.
Continue smiling into your body and become aware of more and more parts.
