Developing the lower energy-center

Stand relaxed, feet wide apart. Keep your rounded arms infront of your lower abdomen and focus your awareness into the middle of both palms and at the same time into the "dantien" (the area below the navel). That is the region of the lower energy-center, which is important for stability and bodily health. Feel one with the earth and its energy.
